A gossip magazine writes an article about Picture where is stated that the band was going to perform at the palace of the Dutch Queen Beatrix at her birthday. Ofcourse this is not true and the band still wonders who could come up with such a funny story.
A few months after he joined Picture, Shmoulik is almost thrown out of Holland by the dutch government, because they think he is an illegal alien who doesn't have a permit to work in Holland. The record company Phonogram prevents this just in time.
When Picture toured Italy in 1981 they found themselves stranded on the border between Switzerland and Italy. The customs didn't trust the roadies and wanted to check if there were any narcotics hidden in the truck. By giving a signed Picture album to the customs employees Picture could prevent the whole truck from being unloaded and because of that ariving too late for the first gig in Italy. They eventualy made it just in time.
Picture recorded a promotional live video in Amsterdam. When the concert was done the band went to the dressing room and discovered it was on fire. Within a few minutes the fire brigade arived and put out the fire. Before this the bandmembers managed to get the equipment out of the building before possible damage by water. You should have seen the mess! The fire probably was caused by overheating of old wires in the building by the high power consumption for the show.
