Richie Sambora is the guitarist of the rock band Bon Jovi. With Bon Jovi, he has released ten albums, all of which have been either gold or platinum successes.
Sambora released his first solo album, Stranger In This Town, in 1991, during a break from recording with Bon Jovi. It featured a lot of blues-based guitar tracks, including the title track and the minor hit "Ballad Of Youth". His second solo album, Undiscovered Soul, was released in 1998 and featured more of his blues-based guitar work, including such highlights as "Made In America" and the title track.
Currently, Sambora is touring with Bon Jovi to promote their latest album, "Bounce". If Bon Jovi takes another sabbatical, Sambora will probably return with a new solo album. For now, he has no outside projects on the horizon.
